Lysandros Kaftantzoglou (griechisch Λύσανδρος Καυταντζόγλου, * 1811 in Thessaloniki; † 5. Oktober 1885 in Athen) war ein griechischer Architekt im Stil des Klassizismus. Er entwarf die Gebäude der Nationalen Technischen Universität Athen, leitete diese von 1843 bis 1862 und gründete 1844 deren Bereich Gestaltung, aus dem 1910 die Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Athen hervorging. Unentgeltlich betreute er den Bau der Kathedrale St. Dionysius Areopagita.

Lysandros Kaftanzoglou (Greek: Λύσανδρος Καυτανζόγλου, 1811 – 1885) was a Greek architect of the 19th century and Chancellor of the National Technical University of Athens. He was born in Thessaloniki. During the massacres of the Greek community in 1821 by the Ottomans, his family left to Marseille. He later studied architecture in Rome. He worked in independent Greece and designed buildings in Athens and other cities. Some of his works include: The Kaftanzoglio Stadium in Thessaloniki is named after him.
