Louis Cohen (17 September 1894 – 25 November 1956) was an English violinist and conductor. After playing for many years with the Hallé Orchestra, he formed the Merseyside Symphony Orchestra. Cohen presented free concerts for the armed forces in Britain during World War II, and afterwards, he conducted the Palestine Symphony Orchestra for three seasons before returning to Britain. rdf:langString
