The 2021 Champions were St Kiernan's who beat Fulham 1-13 (16) to 0-12 (12) on Sunday 17 October 2021 at McGovern Park in Ruislip. The game will go down in history as one of the dirtiest finals ever. Six players (4 from Fulham Irish and 2 from St Kiernans) saw red. Chris Farley was the difference and scored the goal to seal the win and Kiernans second title half-way through the second-half.
