Lionel Leong or Leong Vai Tac (Chinese: 梁維特; born June 1962), local Chinese, is a political figure of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Leong was inaugurated as the 4th Secretary of Economy and Finance of Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) since 20 December 2014.
