Linlithgow is a constituency of the Scottish Parliament (Holyrood) covering part of the council area of West Lothian. It elects one Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) by the plurality (first past the post) method of election. It is also one of nine constituencies in the Lothian electoral region, which elects seven additional members, in addition to the nine constituency MSPs, to produce a form of proportional representation for the region as a whole. The seat has been held by Fiona Hyslop of the Scottish National Party since the 2011 Scottish Parliament election.

Er wurde 1999 als einer von neun Wahlkreisen der Wahlregion Lothians eingeführt, die im Zuge der Revision der Wahlkreise im Jahre 2011 neu zugeschnitten und in Lothian umbenannt wurde. Hierbei wurden auch die Grenzen des Wahlkreises Linlithgow neu gezogen. Der Wahlkreis umfasst die nördlichen Gebiete der Council Area West Lothian und damit die Städte Bathgate, Linlithgow und Whitburn. Durch die neuen Grenzen fällt seit 2011 auch die Stadt Broxburn in den Wahlkreis Linlithgow. Der Wahlkreis entsendet einen Abgeordneten.
