Katie Sieben (born March 23, 1977) is an American politician who served as a member of the Minnesota Senate from 2007 to 2017. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), she represented the 54th, which included portions of Dakota and Washington counties. Ms. Sieben currently serves as a commissioner of the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, to which she was appointed by Governor Mark Dayton.
