Jy Hitchcox (born 18 August 1989) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who last played as a fullback, wing and centre for the Rochdale Hornets in RFL League 1, on short-term loan from the Leigh Centurions in the Betfred Championship. He previously played for the Wests Tigers in the NRL, Featherstone Rovers in the Kingstone Press Championship and the Castleford Tigers (Heritage № 964) in the Super League. Hitchcox spent time away from Castleford at the Batley Bulldogs and Halifax in the Championship, and at Bradford in League 1. He later joined the Bradford Bulls on a permanent deal in the second tier. Jy is the only player to score on debut in all tiers of professional Rugby League in both hemispheres.
