John Daniel Mallee (pronounced "MAY lee"; born May 5, 1969) is an American professional baseball coach, and former Minor League Baseball (MiLB) player. He was most recently the assistant hitting coach for the Los Angeles Angels of Major League Baseball (MLB). As a MiLB player, Mallee was a shortstop and second baseman.
