Joseph Herbert Maddock (July 11, 1877 – November 11, 1943) was an American college football player and coach. He was an All-Western tackle for the University of Michigan's "Point-a-Minute" football teams in 1902 and 1903. He also set a Western Conference record in the hammer throw.
