Javier Alva Orlandini (Cajamarca, 11 de diciembre de 1927-Lima, 1 de junio de 2020) fue un abogado y político peruano. Líder histórico de Acción Popular, fue 2.º Vicepresidente de la República durante el 2.º gobierno de Fernando Belaúnde Terry, Congresista de la República en 2 periodos (1995-2000 y 2000-2001), Senador durante 2 periodos (1980-1985 y 1990-1992) y Presidente del Senado en 1981 hasta 1982.
