Isabel Turner (April 6, 1936 – October 26, 2021) was a British-born Canadian politician, who was Mayor of Kingston, Ontario from 2000 to 2003. She served as a board member of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission of the Ontario Ministry of Tourism and Culture between 2006 and 2012. Turner died of pneumonia at Kingston General Hospital on October 26, 2021, at the age of 85.
