The InterFaith Leadership Council of Metropolitan Detroit (also referred to as the IFLC) is a faith-based civic organization founded in 2010 by members of a Detroit-based interfaith group known then as the Interfaith Partners. Its headquarters are in Oak Park, Michigan. The group brings together people of faith, interfaith groups and networks to collaborate within the metropolitan Detroit community. The group also serves as a third party advocate for conflict resolution and interfaith education. The IFLC has publicly advocated for religious freedom, civil discourse, humane and compassionate acceptance of refugees, and worked against bigotry and ill-will. It also provides extensive educational programs advancing religious literacy.
