II liiga is the fourth level of football league competition in Estonia arranged by the Estonian Football Association. It consists of 28 teams, divided geographically into two divisions with 14 teams respectively in group North/East and South/West. Until 2013, it was the third level league.

De II liiga (Teine liiga) is de vierde hoogste voetbalklasse in Estland. De competitie vindt telkens plaats van april tot november en bevat enkele belofte-elftallen van clubs uit de Meistriliiga. Tot 2013 was de competitie het derde niveau, maar met de invoering van de Esiliiga B als derde niveau werd de II liiga de vierde klasse. Er doen 28 teams mee verdeeld in twee regionale poules, noord/oost en zuid/west.
