Husain Dalwai, (born 15 February 1943) is a politician from Indian National Congress party. He was born on 15 February 1943 and is a trade unionist, journalist and writer by profession. He represented Congress Party in Maharashtra Legislative Council (as MLC) from 1998 to 2003. During this term, he was also a minister from Oct 1999 to March 2001. In June 2010 he was again elected to Maharashtra Legislative Council from Indian National Congress; his term lasted until August 2011. He was elected from Maharashtra to the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament from 2011 to 2014.
