Dr. Hemo Prova Saikia (born 21 February 1940) was member of Assam Legislative Assembly. Saikia was elected to the Assam Legislative Assembly in 2001 and 2006 from Nazira constituency. She was a minister of Handloom and Textiles in Tarun Gogoi government. She was defeated by Drupad Borgohain of Communist Party of India. She was also chairman of Assam Tourism Development Corporation.
