Gohlis ist ein Stadtteil im Norden Leipzigs. Zuvor war es ein Dorf und Rittergut bzw. ab 1838 eine sächsische Landgemeinde, die 1890 mit der benachbarten Stadt Leipzig vereinigt wurde. Gohlis ist heute in drei Ortsteile (Gohlis-Süd, -Mitte und -Nord) eingeteilt, die alle zum Stadtbezirk Nord gehören. Der Stadtteil ist zu weiten Teilen von Altbau-Wohngebieten aus dem späten 19. und der ersten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts geprägt.
