George Edward Greer (born October 18, 1946) is an American baseball coach. He coached for the St. Louis Cardinals of Major League Baseball and was a head coach in college baseball for the Davidson Wildcats and Wake Forest Demon Deacons. He was also a right fielder in the 1967 Pan American Games in which the United States won the gold medal.
