George Blanton Powell (October 2, 1900 – May 10, 1967), sometimes referred to as Chuck Powell, was an American football and basketball coach. He served as the head football coach at the Texas School of Mines—now known as the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP)—from 1924 to 1926, compiling a record of 11–7–2.
