Gary Kenneth Penrice (born 23 March 1964) is an English football coach, former professional footballer and scout. As a player, he was a striker who notably played in the Premier League for Queens Park Rangers as well as making top flight appearances for Aston Villa. He also had two spells with Bristol Rovers where he started and finished his professional career, notably alongside Ian Holloway. He also played for Watford and non-league side Mangotsfield United in a career that saw him make over 400 appearances.

He then became a chief scout and worked for Plymouth Argyle, Leicester City, Stoke City before joining Everton specialising in the European market.
