Francis Allen-Palenske (born 1976/1977) is an American business owner and former elected official. She was a member of the Nevada Assembly from 2004 to 2008 and was the first Asian-American woman elected to the Assembly. She is an owner/operator of a Capriotti's Sandwich Shop system including having served three years as the Las Vegas Advertising Co-Op President determining where $200k advertising dollars were spent annually. She is married to Steve Palenske, Fire Captain and 23-year veteran of the City of Las Vegas Fire Department. They have three children and reside in Northwest Las Vegas.
