It was primarily shot at various locations in Chennai, Madurai, Karaikudi and Courtallam, with a song sequence being shot in Goa. The film released in theatres worldwide on 10 March 2022, along with dubbed versions in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada languages.
