Entziehung elektrischer Energie (ugs.: Stromdiebstahl) ist in Deutschland ein von § 248c StGB erfasstes Vergehen. Es handelt sich dabei um ein diebstahlsähnliches Delikt, das in zwei Tatvarianten begangen werden kann.
