Edwin C. "Babe" Horrell (September 29, 1902 – June 13, 1992) was an American football player and coach. He played college football at the University of California, Berkeley, where he was an All-American in 1924 at center. Horrell served as the head football coach at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1939 to 1944, compiling a record of 24–31–6. In 1942, he led the UCLA Bruins to the Pacific Coast Conference title and an appearance in the Rose Bowl.
