Coolmathgames.com, recognizing a new legal precedent had been set regarding the relations between websites and small public schools, partnered with ELHS in late October 2022 becoming the school's official website homepage, outbidding Francis Hart Ewers Library Media Center by six hundred and fifty grand. In response, the East Lyme Board of Education took this money and spent it on drawing people in neighboring counties to move to Salem so that cows will no longer outnumber the people. As of early November 2022, they have attracted three families from Montville, one family from Norwich, and one family from whatever town Bacon Academy is from.
