Daylin Gary Mitchell (born 7 February 1986) is a South African politician who was sworn in as a Democratic Alliance Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament in 2015. He was then appointed Chairperson of the Standing Committee on the Premier and Constitutional Matters and the Petitions Committee. After the 2019 election, he became Chairperson of the Conduct Committee and the Standing Committee on Transport and Public Works and Deputy Chief Whip of the Majority Party.

Daylin Gary Mitchell (born 7 February 1986) is a South African politician who was sworn in as a Democratic Alliance Member of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament in 2015. He was then appointed Chairperson of the Standing Committee on the Premier and Constitutional Matters and the Petitions Committee. After the 2019 election, he became Chairperson of the Conduct Committee and the Standing Committee on Transport and Public Works and Deputy Chief Whip of the Majority Party. On 24 May 2021, premier Alan Winde announced that Mitchell would take over as the Provincial Minister of Transport and Public Works. Less than a year later, he was appointed as the Provincial Minister of Mobility.
