David M. DeVillers (born c. 1966) is an American lawyer who served as the United States attorney for the Southern District of Ohio from 2019 to 2021. Before his nomination, he was an Assistant United States Attorney for the same district. DeVillers served as director of the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office's Organized Crime/Gang Unit in Columbus before joining the Department of Justice. In September 2019, President Donald Trump nominated him as United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio. He was confirmed by the United States Senate in late October and sworn into office on November 1, 2019.
