David Guttenberg (born May 26, 1951) is a Democratic member of the Alaska House of Representatives, representing the 4th District. He previously represented the 8th District since 2003, but the district changed due to redistricting. He was an unsuccessful candidate for the Alaska Senate in 1996 before winning a seat in the House in 2002. Guttenberg missed much of the legislative session in 2013 due to the illness of his wife Marilyn, who died on October 7 that year.
