Daisaburo Honda (本田 大三郎, Honda Daisaburō, born February 17, 1935) is a Japanese sprint canoer who competed in the mid-1960s. He was eliminated in the semifinals of the C-2 1000 m event at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. His great-nephew is footballer Keisuke Honda.

本田 大三郎（ほんだ だいさぶろう、 1935年2月17日 - ）は、日本のハンドボール・カヌーの選手。熊本県八代郡坂本村出身。日本初のオリンピックカヌー選手で、1964年東京オリンピックで正式種目として採用されたカヌー競技へ出場した。 熊本県立八代高等学校・日本体育大学体育学部体育学科・自衛隊体育学校卒業。横浜市消防訓練センター体育訓練担当教官（課長）定年退職。その後は各大学のカヌー部コーチを経て、神奈川県の三浦市にあるマホロバ・ホンダカヌースクールの代表役を務めている。 息子はレスリング選手・プロレスラーの本田多聞、サッカー選手の本田圭佑は兄の孫。
