María Cristina Cremer de Busti (nacida el 13 de mayo de 1949 en Ciudad de Córdoba) es una docente y política argentina del Partido Justicialista. Diputada nacional por la provincia de Entre Ríos desde 2007 hasta 2017, también fue titular del Instituto de la Discapacidad de Entre Ríos. Su esposo, Jorge Pedro Busti, fue gobernador y senador de dicha provincia e intendente municipal de Concordia.

Cremer was director of the Provincial Disability Institute until her election as deputy in 2007, heading the list of the Front for Victory. Her husband ended his term as governor at the same election. There had been speculation that she would stand as governor herself. In Congress she is the 1st Vice President of the Committee on Natural Resources and Human Environment.
