Mahkamah Rayuan (Bahasa Inggris: Court of Appeal) adalah pengadilan tingkat banding (Bahasa Melayu: rayuan) dalam sistem kehakiman di Malaysia. Mahkamah ini menduduki tingkat kedua setelah Mahkamah Persekutuan. Pengadilan ini dipimpin oleh Ketua Mahkamah Rayuan, orang terpenting kedua di sistem kehakiman Malaysia setelah Ketua Hakim Negara.
