The Comisana, also known as Faccia Rossa and Lentinese, is an Italian breed of domestic sheep indigenous to central and northern areas of the Mediterranean island of Sicily. Its name derives from that of the comune of Comiso, in the province of Ragusa. It is raised principally in the provinces of Caltanissetta, Enna and Palermo, but is found in many other Italian provinces and has also been exported to other Mediterranean countries.

È originaria della Sicilia e trova molta diffusione anche negli allevamenti delle regioni limitrofe. Molto apprezzata per le caratteristiche qualitative del latte che vanta un ottimo tenore proteico e contenuto in grasso. La caratteristica somatica distintiva della razza è la mascherina facciale rossa che si estende fino alle orecchie, al collo. La testa può essere totalmente rossa o stagliata da una banda frontale bianca. Anche gli arti sono rossi. È acorne.
