Captain Charles Frederick Elsey CBE MC (10 December 1882 – 14 February 1966) was a British Thoroughbred racehorse trainer. The son and father of successful trainers, Elsey was one of the dominant racing figures in the North of England, for more than thirty years in a career which lasted from 1911 until 1960.
