المجلس الشعبي الكلداني السرياني الآشوري (بالسريانية: ܡܘܬܒܐ ܥܡܡܝܐ ܟܠܕܝܐ ܣܘܪܝܝܐ ܐܬܘܪܝܐ) هو تكتل سياسي لمجموعة من الأحزاب الكلدانية السريانية الآشورية في العراق. تشكل المجلس الشعبي باسم قائمة عشتار سنة 2007 وشارك في انتخابات المحافظات سنة 2009.يحتل هذا التكتل مقعدين في البرلمان العراقي وعدة مقاعد في مجالس محافظات بغداد ونينوى وأربيل ويعتبر ثاني أهم الأحزاب الممثلة للمسيحيين في العراق بعد الحركة الديمقراطية الآشورية. ويدير الحزب قناة عشتار الفضائية وتنشر العديد من المجلات الشهرية المختلفة.

Es va fundar com Unitat Cristiana del Kurdistan i va obtenir representació al Parlament del Kurdistan en les eleccions del 1992 i el seu cap Sarkis Aghajan fou viceprimer ministre al govern regional. The current president of the party is Shamsuddin Georgis Zaya.

El Consell Popular Caldeu-Siríac-Assiri és una organització política assíria de l'Iraq. Es va fundar com Unitat Cristiana del Kurdistan i va obtenir representació al Parlament del Kurdistan en les eleccions del 1992 i el seu cap Sarkis Aghajan fou viceprimer ministre al govern regional. Posteriorment es va acostar cada vegada més al Partit Democràtic del Kurdistan (PDK) i va participar en les següents eleccions:
* A les constituents iraquianes del gener del 2005, a les parlamentàries del Kurdistan de la mateixa data i a les parlamentàries iraquianes del desembre del 2005 va participar dins la llista de l'Aliança Democràtica i Patriòtica del Kurdistan.
* A les eleccions a les governacions iraquianes el 2009 va formar part de la Llista Patriòtica Ishtar, patrocinada pel PDK.
* A les legislatives kurdes del 2009 va concórrer en una llista pròpia encoratjada pel PDK (per oposició al Zowaa, contrari a un territori assiri al Kurdistan) que va obtenir el 53% dels vots cristians i 3 diputats (Thair Abdahad Ogostin, Susan Yousif Khoshaba i Amer Jajo Yousif).
* I també va participar en llista pròpia a les parlamentàries iraquianes del 2010 obtenint 21.882 vots (29,9%) i dos diputats.

The current president of the party is Shamsuddin Georgis Zaya. The party was established in order to represent political interests of Christian minority communities in Iraq. Attempting to overcome internal divisions among those communities, the party was founded under a complex name, that refers to Chaldeans (adherents of the Chaldean Catholic Church), Syriacs (adherents of the Syriac Orthodox Church) and Assyrians (adherents of the Assyrian Church of the East). One of the main goals of CSAPC is to achieve administrative self-government or outright autonomy for the Nineveh Plains, a northern Iraqi region with high concentration of Christian population. The party claims the majority of the population in the Nineveh Plains suffers neglect and lack of service because they belong to minority groups, whose rights are not fully observed. The Party runs Ishtar TV and publishes several different monthly magazines. The party is closely affiliated with the Kurdistan Democratic Party.
