Carlito Guancing Galvez Jr. (Tagalog pronunciation: [kaɾˈlito ˈɡalvɛs], born December 12, 1962) is a retired Philippine Army general serving as the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process in the Cabinet of President Rodrigo Duterte from 2018 to 2022 and was re-appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in a holdover capacity since July 1, 2022. In March 2020 to June 2022, he has also been serving as the Chief Implementer of the Philippines' Declared National Policy Against COVID-19 (COVID-19 National Task Force).
