Carlito Guancing Galvez Jr. (Tagalog pronunciation: [kaɾˈlito ˈɡalvɛs], born December 12, 1962) is a retired Philippine Army general serving as the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process in the Cabinet of President Rodrigo Duterte from 2018 to 2022 and was re-appointed by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in a holdover capacity since July 1, 2022.
