Arvind Khanna (born 29 May 1967) is an Indian politician, business magnate and philanthropist. He is a member of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). Khanna is a senior leader of the BJP and a prominent figure in BJP Punjab. He is serving as Vice-President of BJP Punjab since December 2022. Khanna is noted politically for his financial resources and philanthropy. He served as the member of legislative assembly (MLA) from Sangrur from 2002 to 2007 and the MLA from Dhuri from 2012 to 2014. He has also served as the General Secretary of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) and as the PPCC treasurer.

Khanna has been the head of the Professional Golfers Association of India (PGI), the Secretary-General of the Punjab Olympic Association and the President of the Fencing Association of India.
