Η Ένωση Παλαιοβιβλιοπωλών Αμερικής (αγγλ.Antiquarian Booksellers Association of America - ABAA) ιδρύθηκε το 1949 στη Νέα Υόρκη, με σκοπό να προωθήσει την αξία των σπάνιων βιβλίων και πλέον αποτελεί μια εμπορική ένωση αποτελούμενη από 450 μέλη, τα οποία εργάζονται για την επίτευξη των στόχων της. Η ABAA διευθύνεται από ένα Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο εννέα μελών και έχει συστήσει αρκετές Επιτροπές (Committees) καθεμιά από τις οποίες κατέχει διαφορετικό αντικείμενο και σκοπό λειτουργίας.
