Andru H. Volinsky (born March 13, 1956) is an American politician, attorney, and social justice advocate who served as a member of the Executive Council of New Hampshire from the 2nd district from 2017 to 2021. As an attorney, Volinsky served as lead counsel in the landmark decisions in Claremont School District v.
