Die Ewige Tabelle der DDR-Oberliga ist eine statistische Zusammenfassung aller Spiele der DDR-Oberliga und NOFV-Oberliga im Fußball von 1949 bis 1991. Die ewige Tabelle basiert auf der 2-Punkte-Regel, nach der alle Spielzeiten ausgespielt wurden. Für die ungerade Anzahl an ausgetragenen Spielen bei vielen Vereinen kann es zwei Gründe geben: Zum einen die Dreifachrunde der Saison 1961/62, zum anderen bei Punktgleichheit angesetzte Entscheidungsspiele um Meisterschaft oder Klassenerhalt. Die Übergangsrunde 1955 wurde jedoch nicht berücksichtigt.

Although Berliner FC Dynamo are record champions, winning a total of 10 titles, FC Carl Zeiss Jena lead the ranking by points. Wismut Aue, however, hold the record for most seasons, 38. Altogether, 44 clubs competed in the DDR-Oberliga during its history. Frequent club name changes were a characteristic of East German football and clubs are shown here by the name they last competed under in their final DDR-Oberliga seasons.
