Algeria competed at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain over 10 days from 22 June to 1 July 2018. In this session, Algeria participated with 233 athletes in 24 sports, the second largest participation after the Algeria Games in 1975. In Wrestling Greco-Roman, Algeria achieved two silver medals for Bachir Sid Azara in and Adem Boudjemline in after losing in the final against both Metehan Başar and Mélonin Noumonvi respectively.
