Sezon Rajdowych Mistrzostw Europy 2019 był 67 sezonem Rajdowych Mistrzostw Europy (FIA European Rally Championship). Mistrzostwa składały się z ośmiu rajdów i transmitowane w polskiej telewizji były przez dwie stacje Eurosport i Motowizję. Mistrzem Europy został Brytyjczyk Chris Ingram, jest to pierwszy brytyjski mistrz Europy od ponad 50 lat. Ingram został mistrzem, mimo iż nie wygrał żadnego rajdu zaliczanego do mistrzostw Europy w tym sezonie, dwukrotnie był drugi, trzeci i czwarty. Drugie miejsce zajął ubiegłoroczny mistrz Europy Rosjanin Aleksiej Łukjaniuk, który wygrał jeden rajd, dwukrotnie był drugi, ale też trzy raz nie ukończył eliminacji. Na trzecim miejscy został sklasyfikowany Polak Łukasz Habaj zwycięzca Rajdu Azorów.

Alexey Lukyanuk was the reigning champion and he returned to defend the title switching from a Ford Fiesta R5 to the Citroën C3 R5. On the final round at Rally Hungary, Chris Ingram became the first British driver in 52 years to win the title in a Skoda Fabia R5.
