The 2015 European Cup Winter Throwing was held on 14 and 15 March at the Centro Nacional de Lançamentos (National Throws Centre) and Estádio Municipal in Leiria, Portugal. It was the fifteenth edition of the athletics competition for throwing events and was jointly organised by the European Athletic Association and the Federação Portuguesa de Atletismo. The competition featured men's and women's contests in shot put, discus throw, javelin throw and hammer throw. In addition to the senior competitions, there were also under-23 events for younger athletes. Leiria repeated as host, becoming the first place to do so in tournament history.

Соревнования принимали две арены, муниципальный стадион «Магальяйнш Песоа» и национальный центр легкоатлетических метаний. Соревнования принимали две арены, муниципальный стадион «Магальяйнш Песоа» и национальный центр легкоатлетических метаний. В программу турнира были включены толкание ядра, метание диска, метание молота и метание копья. Разыгрывались 4 командных Кубка: среди мужчин и женщин в абсолютной возрастной категории и среди молодёжи до 23 лет (1993 г. р. и моложе). На старт вышли 270 легкоатлетов. Каждая страна могла выставить до 2 человек в каждой дисциплине у взрослых и одного — среди молодёжи. В зачёт команды шёл лучший результат в каждом из видов метаний, после чего он переводился в очки с помощью Международной таблицы перевода результатов ИААФ. По сумме полученных баллов определялись победители и призёры в командном зачёте Кубка.
