Les eleccions legislatives georgianes de 1999 foren dutes a terme el 31 d'octubre i el 14 de novembre de 1999 per a renovar els 325 membres del Parlament de Geòrgia. La llei electoral va ser modificada abans de les eleccions, incrementant el sistema de representació proporcional i augmentant el llindar de votas del 5% al 7%. La participació fou del 68% i el partit més votat fou la Unió de Ciutadans de Geòrgia del president Eduard Xevardnadze.

Parliamentary elections were held in Georgia on 31 October 1999, with second rounds in some constituencies on 7 and 14 November, and repeat elections in two constituencies on 28 November. The result was a victory for the Union of Citizens of Georgia, which won 131 of the 235 seats. Voter turnout was 67.9% Due to its breakaway status, the elections were not held in Abkhazia, resulting in the 12 MPs elected in 1992 retaining their seats.

Выборы в парламент Грузии прошли 31 октября 1999 года. Каждый избиратель получил два бюллетеня — один по одномандатному округу, второй по многомандатному округу, со 2 туром в некоторых округах 7 и 14 ноября, с повторными выборами в некоторых округах 28 ноября. Результатом выборов была победа Союза граждан Грузии с 131 местами из 230. Явка была 67,9 %. Из-за своего статуса выборы не состоялись в Абхазии, в результате 12 депутатов, избранных в 1992 году, сохранили свои места.
