General elections were held in the Netherlands on 7 July 1948. The Catholic People's Party remained the largest party in the House of Representatives, winning 32 of the 100 seats. Following the elections, a broad four-party coalition government was formed between the Catholic People's Party, Labour Party, Christian Historical Union and People's Party for Freedom and Democracy. Combined these parties held 76% of the available seats in parliament.

Le Parti populaire catholique (KVP) reste le plus grand parti avec 32 sièges sur 100. À la suite de ces élections, le Parti populaire catholique, le Parti travailliste, l'Union chrétienne historique et le Parti populaire libéral et démocrate forment une coalition gouvernementale sous la direction du travailliste Willem Drees. De Tweede Kamerverkiezingen 1948 waren verkiezingen voor de Nederlandse Tweede Kamer der Staten-Generaal die plaatsvonden op 7 juli 1948. De verkiezingen waren noodzakelijk geworden nadat een voorstel tot Grondwetsherziening in eerste lezing door Tweede Kamer en Eerste Kamer aangenomen was. Een onderdeel van deze grondwetswijziging was de herziening van het Nederlandse staatsbestel vanwege de voorgenomen soevereiniteitsoverdracht aan Indonesië.
